PokéStop Commands:
⮕ p!pokestop set to set-up a fresh Channel for PokéStop (Admin Command)
⮕ p!pokestop set #channel to set-up PokéStop in an existing channel (Admin Command)
⮕ p!pokestop name <name> to personalize your PokéStop by naming it (Admin Command)
⮕ p!pokestop info to get to know in which channel PokéStop is located
⮕ p!pokestop reset to reset PokéStop of the server (Admin Command)
⮕ p!pokestop message Sends a new embed Message once again if the Original gets deleted or can't be found
⮕ p!pokestop remove to Remove PokéStop
