Un-Suspend Appeal

⚠️ If you've been suspended from using the bot, you can utilize this appeal process to potentially reinstate your access. Keep in mind that all appeals go through a review by our team of Moderators to ensure an equitable resolution.

What do we require to process your review?

If you are unaware of the reason behind your suspension, you can discover the details in the direct messages (DMs) from the Pokémon#8738 bot.

The recommended list for your appeal is as follows:

Get Your Discord ID.

Make sure Developer Mode is enabled in your Discord Settings.

For User/Discord ID, right click the username and click "Copy User ID" or "Click Here" to know how to get User ID.

Click on "Submit a Ticket" on our Portal and fill in the details as follows

Provide the email address you will use to contact us.
Provide your name after you give your Email Address.
Discord User ID shall be filled as told above.
Subject will include the reason of your ticket, i.e., appeal for account unsuspension.

In "Section" column Choose "Account Support" >"Suspend Appeal"
Select Priority as low as its not an urgent request.
Compose a message outlining your situation and perspective on the case. Remember that you are appealing your ban, so it's essential to directly address the reason for the ban.

Keep in mind that any appeals generated by Artificial Intelligence will not be considered. Craft your appeal with authenticity - explain your actions and provide reasons for why you believe your ban should be lifted.

Then click on "Submit".

After submitting, kindly exercise patience!

Once your ticket is submitted, it will go through processing and subsequent review. An automated email will confirm receipt of your request. Additional information may be requested from you, so please monitor your communications. It's important to note that this process may span several days, so your understanding and patience are appreciated.

Please be aware that there is a possibility of your ticket being rejected if you're found violating any ToS. In such cases, you are encouraged to consider submitting an appeal after a period of 2-3 months. This allows for reassessment and possible changes in circumstances.
