In this support article, we outline the steps for those looking to delete or reset their pokemon bot accounts. Understand the importance of giving a proper reason for your request, and make sure your appeal is well considered. Whether you are looking for a fresh start or a short break, this guide gives you the knowledge to take action.

Steps to Appeal for account reset:-

Get Your Discord ID.

Make sure Developer Mode is enabled in your Discord Settings.

For User/Discord ID, right click the username and click "Copy User ID" or "Click Here" to know how to get User ID.

Click on "Submit a Ticket" on our Portal and fill in the details as follows

Provide the email address you will use to contact us.
Provide your name after you give your Email Address.
Discord User ID shall be filled as told above.
Subject will include the reason of your ticket, i.e., Request to Reset Account.

In "Section" column Choose "Account Support" >"Delete Account"
Select Priority as low as its not an urgent request.
Please provide an appropriate reason in the description, along with a detailed explanation.
Then click on "Submit".

After submitting, kindly exercise patience!

Once your ticket is submitted, it will go through processing and subsequent review. An automated email will confirm receipt of your request. Additional information may be requested from you, so please monitor your communications. It's important to note that this process may span several days, so your understanding and patience are appreciated.

Please be aware that there is a possibility of your ticket being rejected if you're found violating any ToS. In such cases, you are encouraged to consider submitting an appeal after a period of 2-3 months. This allows for reassessment and possible changes in circumstances.
